In October 2025, after the ultra-silent heat pump successfully completed its certification testing, we promptly shared the official laboratory results with our customers.
Partners who had previously purchased and tested sample units quickly expressed strong interest in placing bulk orders, reflecting their confidence in the product’s acoustic performance, operational stability, and overall user experience.
In addition, several customers provided valuable suggestions for detail-level improvements based on their real-world testing. These insights enabled us to refine the product before mass production, establishing a healthy cycle of development, sales, feedback, and continuous optimization.
